RN or LPN Care Coordinator
Warroad Senior Living Center is seeking a full time Care Coordinator in our Skilled Nursing facility.
In order to be successful in this position, you must have solid nursing experience, great communication abilities and a passion to lead and mentor. You will work with nursing leadership and have significant responsibilities in all aspects of the Skilled Nursing’s clinical services from policy development and regulatory compliance to quality measurement and customer service satisfaction. We will look to you to help us train and supervise our team to make sure they are prepared for the challenges of each day.
Experience:
-Current, valid MN Nursing License in good standing.
-RN preferred, but will accept LPN with prior leadership experience.

Director of Dining Services
Warroad Senior Living Center is currently seeking a full-time Director of Dining Services. If you are the successful candidate, you will be instrumental in making our vision of Exceptional Care & Meaningful Life come alive for our residents.
Our new Director will lead and be responsible for the planning and implementation of a meal service program that goes beyond the boundaries of typical care related settings. This position will also be directly responsible for the supervision and leadership of the entire culinary services team. Additional responsibilities include resident assessments, care plan development and documentation of program effectiveness.
Preferred experience:
- Certification as a Dietary Manager or
- Registered Dietician
- Leadership experience in a Hospitality or Healthcare Dining setting is a plus
