Payroll/Benefits Specialist – Part Time
The Payroll/Benefits Specialist ensures accurate and timely processing and payment of payroll to all employees. Prepares the required tax filing and report development and generation in accordance with the policies and procedures. Responsible for payroll processing and completion to include: reconciling reports and data, quarterly and year-end taxes, W’2, benefit deductions and garnishments. Tracks, processes and maintains payroll and related withholding and government reports in an accurate and timely manner. Processes and communicates benefit options/changes and ensures compliance is met. Assists with benefit functions, activities and communication. Assists with monthly tracking and billing of benefits.

Dietary Cook – Full Time
Prepares, seasons and cooks food for Care Center residents, visitors and special meeting menus. Bakes pies, cakes and pastries. Reviews and follows menus to assure appropriateness of resident diet ordered by physicians. Determines type and quantities of meat, vegetables, soups, salads, and desserts to be prepared following established menus and meal plan. Assists in the requisition and stocking of foodstuffs. Carves meats, weighs and packages portions of foods for freezing. Assists in sanitary maintenance of kitchen storerooms, stoves, work tables, equipment and employee dining room. Assists in the evaluation of menus and recipe changes. Assist in the orientation of Dietary Support Aides. Supports the mission and philosophy of the Warroad Care Center.

Housekeeping Aide – Part Time
Responsible for general housekeeping duties for all areas of entire facility. Duties include stripping, mopping, buffing, vacuuming and sweeping of floors. Cleans all bathrooms, rest rooms, sinks, and utility areas. Cleans resident’s rooms and equipment. Washes windows and walls. Collects and disposes of trash. Performs minor maintenance, restocks dispensable items such as soap, paper towels, etc. Maintains a clean and safe environment.

Social Service Director
The Warroad Senior Living Center is looking for a full-time Social Services Director. This position works with the team to assist in the delivery of Quality Care and Meaningful Life to all our residents. Although the primary responsibility will be in the SNF setting, this position also works closely with the Director of Housing to provide assistance with resident related services in Assisted Living.
The Social Services Director works with hospital discharge planners and the general community to coordinate admissions for skilled nursing to assist in maintaining occupancy at an optimal level. The Social Service Director will manage overall operations of the Social Services department in accordance with all state and federal regulations. They assist in meeting the needs of the residents, families, and staff utilizing skills, training and background of social work education.
